Ellie Abrons is a designer and educator based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Ellie received her M.Arch from the University of California where she graduated with distinction and received the AIA Certificate of Merit. She received her B.A. in art history and gender studies from New York University and has a certificate in graphic and digital design from Parsons School of Design.  She is an Assistant professor in Architecture at the Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Michigan. Prior to joining Taubman College, Ellie Worked as a project designer and manager in numerous offices such as servo, GregLynnFORM, and Office dA. She was a recipient of a residency fellowship at the Akademie Schloss Solitude in Stuttgart Germany and her work has been exhibited at the Venice Biennale, Storefront for Art and Architecture, A + D Gallery, and the Architectural Association.
